Periotomes |
AVAILABLE IN THREE DOUBLE-ENDED STYLES STRAIGHT-BLADE, HATCHET-BLADE AND HOE-BLADE

Miltex Periotomes are designed for separating the periodontal ligament from the tooth in preparation for a dental implant. After the periodontal ligament is cut and the tooth removed, the underlying bone structure remains intact, providing the necessary foundation for an implant supported replacement tooth.
The Periotomes are available in three doubleended styles-straight blade, hatchet-blade, and hoe-blade patterns, giving the user a wide variety of blade options. All instruments feature a lightweight size 6 stainless steel handle.
The Periotome Kit contains one of each pattern in a Slimline Cassette and is an excellent way to store, organize, and protect Periotomes. |

Luxating Elevators |
Miltex Luxating Elevators are designed to make extractions as trauma free as possible by cutting the periodontal ligament while easing the tooth from the socket. The result is less tissue damage that promotes quicker healing and fewer complications. It is used by rocking and cutting rather than lifting and prying like a conventional elevator. The patterns include both straight and curved blades ranging from 2mm to 5mm. The sharp blade can be resharpened.
Miltex Luxating elevators are designed with smaller handles to fit perfectly into the palm of a doctor's hands. |
