Temperature Control: The temperature is regulated within 1/2 degree Celsius of the factory setting. The standard factory setting is 28 degrees Celsius. Alternative temperature settings can be ordered at no extra charge.
Speed Control: Three different processing times are provided. The standard factory settings are 1 minute-fast, 4 1/2 minutes-process, and 6 minutes-slow. Alternative processing times can be ordered at no extra charge.
Diagnostic Capabilities: The check light indicates a fault with the temperature probe, heating pad or chemistry level. Combinations of switch positions and illuminated lights aid in determining which component is creating the problem. Each control comes with a troubleshooting guide.
Overheating Protection: Timer circuitry shuts off power to the heating pad if it has been on continuously for more than approximately one hour. The timer is easily reset by turning the switch back to off and then returning it to standby, process, slow or fast.
Effective Fuse Protection: The heating pad and motor are on separate circuits, with separate fuses.
Solid State Failsafe Circuitry: The circuitry is designed to prevent damage to the control and processor from a faulty heating pad, temperature probe, motor, water solenoid and/or replenisher.
