Elara 11 Pre/Post - Vacuum Class B Sterilizer

The Elara 11 is designed for sterilization of wrapped, porous and hollow loads. The chamber volume is large, external dimensions are small, making it especially suitable for smaller clinics requiring a high turnover. The control system is smart and intuitive, easy to use and has a large memory for consistent and reliable performance.

	More Chamber Volume The large 7.5 gallon chamber maintains a compact outer dimension and a small footprint. It is a perfect fit for a standard 24 inch shelf or counter. The larger chamber decreases the number of cycles needed by sterilizing more instruments in one cycle.
	New Locking Device and Door The elegant door is equipped with an automated double safety locking mechanism. With a single slide the door will smoothly close and automatically lock.
	Larger Capacity The Elara11 is provided with 5 stainless steel trays. There is no need to reverse or replace the rack to switch between trays or cassettes.
	Convenient Water Filling Accessible front or top water filling options. The front water-filling economizes on office space by eliminating the need to keep the top of the autoclave accessible.
	Designed for Continuous Operation Steam is continuously provided by an independent steam generator. With the Elara11, there is no waiting time between cycles.

Class B Sterilization Cycles

Pre-vacuum phase efficiently removes air, resulting in the full penetration of steam into wrapped, porous and hollow loads. The post-vacuum drying phase ensures complete drying of wrapped porous loads and hollow instruments. This guarantees that even the most difficult loads will easily reach Sterility Assurance Level (SAL).

The Elara11 offers a total of 7 programs: 5 cycle times and 2 test programs, which are the Bowie Dick Test, and the Vacuum Test.

Technical Specifications

* Requires a voltage between 220V and 235V for proper operation. When applicable a buck/boost transformer (0.5KVA) may be required.

Control Panel

The Elara11’s smart and intuitive control panel uses advanced micro-processor technology with increased memory for consistent and reliable performance. The control system is fully configurable and stores information from the last 40 cycles.
